If you have decided to begin working out at a gym, here’s a good video to get you started with the proper form for using exercise machines.
I generally stay away from the machines and focus on bodyweight and dumbbell exercises that focus on the entire body, i.e. squats with overhead press, burpees, single leg deadlifts, kettlebell swings, etc. I’ve had better luck with exercises such as these.
