		<description>Another reason would be that you aren&#039;t allowing yourself a reward on the weekends.
Too many people restrict themselves to the point where there is no &#039;outlet&#039;.
If you&#039;re good 75% of the time with your diet, you can eat a pizza on the weekend and know that you deserved it.
This will actually trick your body and throw it a &#039;curve ball&#039; improving fat-loss when you return to your &#039;good eating habits&#039;.</description>
